The safety of the barbecue is something we all have to pay attention.
I personally have been after my kids and don't hang out while having a barbecue.
You know kids love watching burgers and hot dog cooking and you just don't know when to get a flash from the propane BBQ.
Personally, I 've been thinking about a propane barbecue, more like a propane stove in my home.
I tend to treat it the same way, but I learned the hard way, that is, in terms of the safety of the barbecue, I should adopt my own advice to the children.
One night I wanted to bake the burger and I heated the grill before anyone came home.
It started to rain a bit outside, so I pushed the grill closer to the house.
Throw the burger on the grill and then enter the room to prepare the salad and bread, as I have done hundreds of times before.
It only takes a few minutes to sort things out, I think, and then I'll come back and flip them.
I have done it many times before.

I forgot that the last time we used it was at our party on the weekend, we were grilling fat meat.
I think the grill looks clean, but I think there is quite a bit of grease on the bricks below.
When I got back outside, the barbecue was spewing smoke from the side, and a flame was licking the back of the barbecue, right on the wall of the house a few feet away.
Have you seen my vinyl siding melt well?
I turned it off right away and I was so scared that I didn't dare to turn it on or move it away so I let it die.
When the husband got home and was about to ask what to eat for dinner, he saw the wall that was supposed to be the burger and the burnt puck!
So, I'm lucky, there's nothing worse than that.
I should watch it carefully and slowly burn the fat or grease left behind.
Basically, I shouldn't have left it around!
These are not as predictable as the stove in your home and I am lucky that the tank didn't go.
Needless to say, I lost my status as a barbecue mom!
But safety is very important around any flame, but especially when it comes to propane grilling, you have to make sure there is a lot of space around the grilling, which also applies to the garage.
A friend of mine is having a barbecue all year round and he will grill in the garage close to the opening and then open the door.
But one day it wasn't open enough, his garage was sealed and his carbon monoxide detector was broken.
So, you need to respect your BBQ.
Don't leave the side of it, either prepare all the meals in advance and stay with the BBQ or have others there.
It takes only a second to lose control and you need to be there.
Everyone should pay attention to the safety of barbecue this season.
That's why my husband likes to have a barbecue because that way he doesn't have to make a salad, he doesn't have to prepare things, he doesn't have to set up a table, he needs to look at the grill!
