grilled artichokes with spicy lemon dip - what's the best charcoal grill

Late winter-
The early spring of California was when we found the best Thistle, and seeing some of it today caused a good memory: When I first dated Keith, we were in Northern California. (
You know what's going on).
One of them was in Monterey, where we spent some time at the famous aquarium where I was fascinated by the sardines tank.
The little silver fish ran round and round like this.

I never like the creatures in the cage. )
In any case, all the walks and fish made us thirsty, so we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium restaurant, ordered cocktails and read the bar menu carefully.

These are beautiful. -
The grill is slightly crispy and slightly salty with a spicy dip, mainly chili and garlic.
They are excited, to say the least, and there is nothing but two napkins on the plate.
We did it several times at home.
I don't make chili sauce, but I prefer lemon chili sauce.
There are plenty of napkins and cold drinks on hand.
Don't worry about any other food groups, these babies deserve your full attention.
