How to make this recipe.Prepare a charcoal grill with hot coal.Brush the grill with olive oil.In a small bowl, stir together garlic, mustard, vinegar, 1/4 cups of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 1/4 teaspoons of pepper.Set aside.Place cucumbers, tomatoes, basil and water melon in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir together.Set aside.After the grill is ready, brush the side of the onion and pepper with olive oil.Put the olive oil on the grill and cook for 4 minutes.Brush the other side with olive oil, turn over and continue cooking for 4 minutes.Remove the vegetables from the grill and place them on the cutting board.Cut the pepper into 1/2-Inch thick, separate onion rings and add to the cucumber mixture.Brush the slices of bread on both sides with olive oil and bake on the grill until golden.Add in the cucumber mixture.Pour the preserved sauce on the vegetables and stir together.Serve warm.
