Grilled Tofu  -  natural wood charcoal briquettes
Tofu needs to be treated gently on the grill.
Arrange the dishes with double-layer paper towels, and then place the tofu slices on the first layer of the towel.
Put another layer of double-layer paper towel on it and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add ginger and scallions and stir well. Set aside.
Brush each piece of tofu with vegetable oil on both sides.
Prepare a grill.
Preheat to 500 degrees if a gas grill is used (high);
If a charcoal grill is used, start the charcoal or block of wood;
When the coal ball is ready, it is evenly distributed under the cooking area.
Bake the tofu slices and turn them over once until they are heated and turned golden for about 2 minutes on each side.
Place the slices on the plate.
Season around each dress with a spoon.
Serve with a little chopped red pepper slices and roasted sesame seeds.
