Having a trusted fast food strategy is the key to a busy person eating well.
When I am busy with work, traveling, children's activities (or whatever)
I can't believe in choosing healthy food at all, not fast food.
Unless it is healthy, it is fast.
Over the years, I have developed a series of healthier and faster
Food options, dinner I can get to the table in a few minutes.
Of course, the roast chicken in the supermarket is spare.
Pick up one of them and add a quick spinach salad (
I mean spinach with red wine vinegar and olive oil on it with a handful of almonds and a scallion on it)

Ingredients are basic simple things on my hands most of the time (

I used canned chicken slices with adobo sauce. the taste is very strong and there are some hot ones (

Fast spicy roast chicken and black bean stew: 41 tablespoons olive oil 1 small yellow onion, 1 vegetable stalk celery, 2 medium carrots, 3 clove garlic peeled and cut vegetables, 2or more)
Chicken slices with Adobo sauce, chopped, with sauce (
Can use ketchup if you don't need spices)2 cups low-
Sodium Chicken Nuggets, Hot 1 glass of water, hot 15-

Add garlic and scallions and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add soup, water, beans, corn and chicken and put in sim.
Reduce the heat to the medium-
10 minutes low stew.
Add green lime juice and stir, then add salt and pepper to season.
Put in 4 bowls with avocado, tomato or salsa and coriander and provide lime wedges next to them.
