"The new colored windows are placed in front of the old ones and decorated with the building leading to Highway 7/8. A new 21-by 15-metre (70 by 50 foot)
The glass curtain wall greets guests at the main entrance.
The Pixar animation studio headquarters in California is a source of inspiration for the project, says Brisson.
Part of the appearance is painted purple;
The colored murals of the artist Jerry ruugg (also known as BirdO) and Bruno (also known as Smoky) enliven the other exterior walls facing the courtyard, a 27,400
Square feet of outdoor space.
The factory can accommodate more than 4,000 people.
There are other internal areas, including 14,000-
42 square feet of studio and nearly 3,000-
Square foot workshop.
B. Hospitality is a catering partner for lot42, which operates venues including museums, Cambridge hotels and conference centers, and Bruce craft house.

The idea of a "global flexible campus" is that it can be used for arts, technology, manufacturing, sports and community activities.
