The iron anchor hook that sank deep into the granite coast of Proctor Point is both a reminder and a promise.
This reminds the 21st-century cotton people that in this beautiful place of Lake Joseph, the arrival of a ship used to be an ordinary part of the summer of Masoka.
It promises that times will change, and things that were once ordinary will become part of history.
The Proctor family almost certainly arrived by train, and when they started spending the summer at Proctor Point in early 1900, they boarded a ship in Greenhurst.
Construction workers who built the Sherwood Inn in port Sherwood built the original cottage of the family, about 1920.
When Tom McCormick bought the property from the Proctor family in 2010, the house was still standing.
The McCormick family has been in cottcott, Lake Joseph for many years and is looking for a bigger resort.
When he saw Proctor's point of view, McCormick was impressed by the location of the hotel and the location of nearly 360
View of the lake.
McCormick was moved by generations of invigilators who came to the same cabin for nearly a century, and he planned to restore his original house.
However, after a lot of time, effort and cost, the old cottage was found to be unsaleable.
McCormick recalled: "We did all the basic and peaceful work of the cabin . " McCormick grew up with his family in Kawarthas.
"I stand on the second one.
The floor hallway tells someone that it's time for us to tear this place down.
At this moment, a door behind me slammed.
It is shocking, to say the least, but not unexpected.
This is not the first time we have felt the presence in the cabin, and others have felt it.
"More than once, when sitting in front of the fire pit, many friends and family members turned to the second one --
"A lady in a white pajamas was seen in the window of the floor bedroom," he added . ".
"Ironically, one of the bedroom windows of the new cottage are located exactly where the bedroom windows of the old cottage are, which seems to relieve their stress.
"The original plan was for 4,000-square-

The search was over when he met Tim ficchte from the construction company of mascoka.
