Ingredients for sauce: 2 tablespoons onion in 1/2 olive oil, choppedoz (398mL)
Tomato stew pot 1/2 cup chicken soup 3 tbsp shop-
Buy or homemade pestoSalt for pork and freshly cracked black pepper: 1-1/2 lb (675g)
Pork tenderloin, 8 medals (rounds)
Fresh black pepper taste 8 paper-
Thin slices of ham are heated with medium heat in the pan.
Add the onion and cook for four to five minutes or until soft.
Add the remaining sauce;
Bring gentle stewing and cooking 10-15 minutes.
Cook the sauce and prepare the pork.
Spread a piece of ham on the working surface.
Season pork tenderloin with pepper;
Ham adds salty flavor.
Place the medal at the end of the ham slice and roll the ham around it.
Repeat with the remaining medals and ham.
Heat the indoor or outdoor grill to medium or medium temperature-high.
Light oil grill, then three to four minutes of medals cooked on each side.
Each of the four plates has a lot of sauce.
Separate and set up a medal on top of the sauce and serve.
