Cut the cabbage in both red and green colors and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and plenty of parsley to make a simple salad.

Open the turkey and close the grill cover.
Continue to bake for 18 minutes or until the meat thermometer is inserted into the thickest part of the thigh (not the bone)
Register 170 degrees. 4.
Let the meat rest for 10 minutes.
Set aside 2 turkey thighs for Rachel's braid.
Cut the rest of the meat off the bone.
