recipe: grill-baked chocolate peanut butter cake - gas grill with cast iron grates
There is no better way to turn your BBQ into an outdoor oven than baking a cake with it.
Ted's godfather Ted Reader's chocolate peanut butter coffee cake is delicious and simple.
His recipe requires 9X5-inch (2 L)
Tin foil bread trays can be baked in, but a cast iron frying pan of any size can also adjust the cooking time slightly.
The reader likes the grape jelly on his cake.
But it goes well with anything, even roasted peaches and camper --
Grilled Blueberry and vanilla ice cream.
The reader's recipe requires a syringe to inject every tiny fruit, but just soak the berries in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in whiskey.
They can bake in the basket.
If they were full enough, they wouldn't fall into the hole.
If you want to see it, or on the grill. Grill-
