Re-heated on medium sized outdoor grill.Mix garlic, cumin, lime, orange juice and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a medium bowl.Add the steak, apply it in the mixture and marinate for 10 minutes.Lightly oil the grill.Roast the steak, flip it once until medium rare and bake for 2 to 6 minutes per side depending on thickness.Take off the cutting board and rest for 5 minutes.Cut the steak on the grain for spare.Place the tortillas on the working surface and place them evenly with 1/2 cups of pepperjack cheese.Add 1/4 of the steak and add some chopped Mexican peppers to the adobo and sauce.Fold the tortillas in half and wrap the filling.Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.Melt 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a large non-stick pan or castingMedium fire iron pot.Stir the tortillas once until the cheese melts and the sides are golden brown for about 3 minutes each.Remove to the cutting board and repeat with the remaining quesadillas.Cut into triangles with avocado sauce, salsa, scallions and sour cream.Copyright 2016 TV Food NetworkP.All rights reserved.
