He has always had a family that dates back to generations in the community.
If he has his way, it will always be part of the "community.
At the age of 30, Pautler worked in the brewing industry for more than eight years and studied beer craft.
Made and achieved his results in Ontario's craft beer industry
He has won more than 30 awards in cooperation with companies such as Hammer Brewing, Niagara Oast House winery, old flame and Mill Street.
Now, he is becoming famous for himself and starting a business in his hometown while setting off some waves in the industry.
For the past 18 months, he has been working hard with his brothers, father Jared and father Greg, doris's mother and others transformed an old factory on Laurel Street into a new home for wave maker craft breweries.
"We looked at four other locations, but this is the location," he said . "
"It took a lot of time, but it worked well.
"Wave Maker has 3,200 square feet of space at 639 Laurel Street.
There are three large stainless steel brewing tanks, space for bottling and canning equipment, and enough elbow space to provide suds and light bar snacks for 34 customers, as well as space for future expansion
The business officially opened on March 14, just in time for St.
Patrick's Day, an Irish-
A oatmeal called "top of the morning" is the first of a series of seasonal beers Pautler intends to brew throughout the year.
The first beer is tap bock (
German beer)
Midnight ocean, dark beer.
"We're still working on what people like and trying different things," says Pautler . ".
"The Ocean at midnight was really well spent and could be one of our regulars.
"Currently, Wave Maker has obtained several bottles of guest beer from the brewery where Pautler is involved in beer brewing
Or he's a friend of the Brewers.
"That's what the craft brewery features, especially in Cambridge: It's a community.
"Everyone wants to see another person succeed because it's good for all of us," he said . ".
Pautler said he tried to go out with other Cambridge brewers once a week, have a cup of coffee, or have a cold, compare business records and learn from each other.
As Pautler continues to determine the beer roster that will make up the Wave Maker menu, he is also pleasantly surprised by the reception in the community.
"It's overwhelming, the response we got from people close.
"They are very supportive," he said . ".
"The first day we opened, three-

"In addition to the cans, bottles or growlers of the brewery, the beer of the Gator Maker can also be on the crocodile's tail Sports Lodge and grill, Ernie's Road house and 13 food drinks
Pautler is also trying to put Wave Maker products on the shelves of the local LCBO store.
Once the brewing dust settles, Pautler wants to try to distilled some alcohol.
He has set aside space to build a winery in a room behind the winery.
"The wheels are already moving, but we don't have a schedule yet," he said . ".
His first product from the winery will be "white wine "---
Vodka and Duz-
But eventually he wanted to produce a dark rum and liqueur.
"I hope to be able to do this in the coming year, but we have to go through more red tape," he said . ".
The small Preston brewery also plans to host tours, events and parties for public and private breweries.
It will also taste corporate beer.
On Wednesday, Pautler held a special event and will thank all the merchants and community leaders involved in bringing Wave Maker to the market.
Waver Maker is the newest member of Cambridge's evolving craft brewery, which currently includes seven local craft breweries.
