All recipes have 4 prawns and sausage 500g prawns, 4 cloves of garlic peeled and peeled, chopped olive oil Juice 1 lemon 1 chopped parsley 300g sausage marinate prawns with garlic, oil, lemon and parsley for about 30 minutes.
Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Alternate shrimp and sausage on skewers.
Grill at high temperature for about 4 minutes and turn occasionally.
Halloumi and courgette250g halloumi, 2 courgettes cut, 2 red peppers sliced, about 1 cut-in cut-up mint skin 1
Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
