Eternal debate on which grill is better-
Charcoal or gas has been around for a long time (
Now, we also have fans to join this debate! ).
It all began in the 1960 s when the first gas grill appeared on the market.
The first difference between a gas grill and a charcoal grill is that if you can really set out soon, you don\'t have to make any effort to ignite it and wait for the charcoal fire to get all the ash.
Of course, with the gas grill, you won\'t do all the dirty work on all the charcoal stacks, and then the Ashes.
The gas grill runs by gas (obviously! )
Stored in a special tank or bottle that can be used where there is no gas supply.
With the special easy-to-use equipment provided, the water tank is attached to the grill.
We\'re gone!
The grill is ready!
You open the vent to let the gas in and open the burner (
Generally press the electric ignition button)
, Heat the grill to the desired temperature and start the barbecue all the delicious!
Of course, when using a gas grill, be sure to remember the safety measures.
When the grate is open, you should not lean against the grate even if it is covered.
Maybe it seems like a weird tip for you, but the grill should never be used as a heater (yes, yes. . .
There is a story. . . )
In fact, there is no need for any special knowledge or skills to use a gas BBQ.
It can be easily maintained
All you need to do is clean the grill itself and remove the remaining fat from the tray, which is always placed at the bottom of the grill.
As you can see, apart from one thing, it\'s like cleaning your regular oven in the kitchen --
You will prefer the cooking effect here!
Like a charcoal grill, the gas grill has different sizes-
Portable from relatively small (
Like the Weber Q model)
Can be used for go-
Some serious aggregates, such as Weber\'s Genesis E-
320, it has many temperature settings that allow you to cook for a large group of people.
In addition to the vertical grill row, a separate burner is placed on one side of it.
This extra burner can be used to prepare a marinade or some delicious sauce or anything you can think!
If you decide you don\'t need an extra burner, you just cover it and turn it into an extra little table.
Another advantage of fixing the grill is that there is precious space under the grill where you can store the gas tank and all the plates and glasses that don\'t fit elsewhere.
Perhaps the main advantage of this type of gas grill is that there are three main burners.
There are three different settings for each burnerL (low), M (medium)and H (high).
By setting different temperature levels on all three burners, you can create any temperature state you like, which allows you to be controlled without restriction during cooking.
Let\'s go back to the gas/charcoal debate.
Fans of the gas grill insist that the gas grill is easier to start and faster to start, while the charcoal smiles and says, \"Well, maybe you\'re right, but with the gas grill, you will never get that smoky scent that makes your BBQ a real one!
\"Well, we will add some dry powder to get that fragrance! \" -
Reply to the gas BBQ fan. \"Sure, sure. . .
Why don\'t you use deodorant? . . \" -
We hear people who are ironic.
I\'m afraid we will never see the truth in this debate.
But I will tell you.
Once I met someone who had been selling barbecue grills and accessories for years and that\'s what he told me.
When I asked him what grill he had in his own home, he said, \"I have three Grill: a large gas grill --
Barbecue with friends;
A charcoal grill for Weber\'s performance
A quiet family barbecue;
And a small portable charcoal
Go for a picnic \".
I think this is the only right decision! ! !
The choices are great now and we can all make the right decisions.
