Q1: Is this charcoal is 100% natural?
A: Yes, 100% natural, although it is produced by machine, but it is made of 100% natural wood sawdust, no any chemical subjects, application in house cooking, outdoor camping and restaurant.
Q2: How many hours of burning time?
A: 5 hours.
Q3: How to light up and how long time to burn?
A: Lighting with small gas stove or gas light starter, or biomass fire starter. Light time: above 20minutes, as this charcoal is high carbon fixing, high compressed density to keep longer burning time and high temperature, high calorific.
Q4: Can I have the small quantity sample? What’s your sample policy?
A: Sure, we are pleased that your company is interested in our products. Free samples are available at freight collect. Besides, the sample express cost will be refunded double as reduction of formal order payment.
Q5: Can I order small quantity, such as 5tons, or 10tons?
A: Sorry, as charcoal is DG cargo( dangerous, burning kind, etc), very few shipping lines are willing to accept FCL, let alone express or LCL shipment. So it has to be ship in 1 container itself, MOQ is 18tons/20FT.
Q6: Can I use our brand and carton design?
A: Yes, it is feasible. As to save cost, we suggest the brand and carton design should be within 2colors and normal brown background.
Q7: Can we share your partners at our local market?
A: We would like to share with you, but we have to consult with our current partners, especially some distributors and wholesaler, who would not like that we reveal their supplier's info to protect business confidential.
