Direct and indirect barbecue methods using Korean barbecue grills

In the previous article, we mentioned that the three commonly used methods for grilling food in Korean barbecue grills are open flame grilling, broiled grilling and skewers grilling. This is classified according to the different ways of installing the fire. Now we introduce two other barbecue methods using Korean barbecue grills, namely direct barbecue and indirect barbecue.
Direct grilling is a method in which burning charcoal is added to the grill after the grill is prepared, and then the grill net is placed, and vegetables and meat are directly grilled on the middle grill.
Indirect grilling is to prepare the grill, add burning charcoal on both sides, then put the grilling net, put the vegetables and meat in the middle position, and then cover it with a pot cover, relying on the stuffy smoke The way to cook the food.
