7. When roasting, prepare a dry dish: it is to combine fresh chili powder and pepper powder (you can also buy finished pepper and pepper powder) cooked soybean powder and ground peanuts, salt, five-spice powder, chives, coriander, etc. mixing.
8. The pig's trotters can be baked until the skin is red, bright and squeaky and oily. They can be eaten dry or wrapped in dried dishes and spices.
