The use of charcoal grills is still very extensive. Small grills and personal barbecues all use grills. The barbecue grill has also been improved and is no longer the simple barbecue grill of the past. Let’s take a look at the classification of charcoal grills.

2. Lower smoke-exhausting charcoal barbecue grill Including charcoal basin, heat-insulating water basin, outer tube, cage smoke ring, lower smoke outlet, lower air outlet metal hose, and grill pan. The parts are made of stainless steel plates with a thickness of 1.0mm. The smoke exhaust method is smoking downwards. The ground trenches need to be dug to hide the smoke exhaust ducts below the ground.
3. Self-exhausting charcoal barbecue grill Including charcoal basin, insulated water basin, 25w self-smoking fan, speed control electronic damper, cage smoke ring, outer tube. The outer cylinder is cold plate electrostatic spraying, and other accessories are made of stainless steel plate, the thickness of the plate is 1.2mm. Smoke exhaust method; the furnace is equipped with a smoking device, using oil-fire separation, forced internal circulation and forced secondary combustion technology, so that the oil smoke generated during barbecue can be basically removed, so there is no need to install a smoke exhaust pipe to use the furnace, thereby reducing cost of investment.
These three types of barbecue grills are mainly suitable for use in barbecue shops. The main feature is that they are smoke-free and no longer worry about the taste of the barbecue after eating.
